Will my insurance cover my visit?
SIM does not participate in any insurance programs but our fees may be reimbursed by your insurance company if you submit our billing information. Please check with your insurer for details on that process.
SIM is FSA (Flexible Spending Account) & HSA (Health Savings Account) eligible.

Can I get a same-day appointment?
All calls received between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday thru Friday will be returned the same day and same day virtual visits will be available for calls prior to 1 PM if needed.

How long until I get my results?
We will notify you as soon as we receive final reports for your tests. If there is an urgent finding, you will be notified as soon as we are notified.

What is the normal process for the initial visit?
The standard initial consultation involves history collection, a physical exam (virtual or in-person), review of prior tests, review of all medications and supplements that you are taking, orders for any additional testing that is recommended, and a discussion to summarize your findings.

What Does A Visit Cost?
Initial Consultation: $750
Practice Membership Fee: $3750/Year (Includes New Patient Initial Consultation) or $299.99/month
Telemedicine/In-Person Visits:
Up to 15 minutes: $100
16 -30 minutes: $200
31-45 minutes: $300
46-60 minutes: $400
